Baked Sea Bream with Mediterranean Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh sea bream fillets
  • 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 small yellow squash, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced bell peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
