Fresh, frozen or dry food cannot be returned without a proof of damage, defect or problem that you have with the food received. As proof we need a pic or more pics to show us the status of the packages of the food received, highlighting the problem. Without the proof we cannot make any reimbursement. Fresh or Frozen food will be shipped as soon as possible but we cannot guarantee a shipping date or a delivery date.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $85 or more for all domestic orders. For orders under $75 we offer Standard Ground shipping for a flat fee of $15.00. Free returns are provided on domestic orders

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
