Shellfish

Shellfish can be a plate on their own or a great addition to any dish. Our products come from the east coast to the west coast of the USA. The west coast has wonderful oysters while the east coast grows the best hardshell clams come from the warm waters of northern Florida while the mussels come from the icy cold waters of northeastern USA. 

Fresh Scallops are a delicacy full of great omega 3 oils and protein. Fresh scallops are more difficult to harvest than their shell family. This causes them to be more expensive.
