Sea bream is farm-raised in a sustainable way in the waters of the Mediterranean. Its white meat has a wonderfully clean taste and satisfyingly meaty texture.
Note: Sea bream is sold in fillet cut or by whole fish. 1 fish is 600-800 grams this will approximately feed 1-2 people. 600 grams is equal to 1.3 lbs.
