Chilean Sea Bass or Toothfish is a very large fish that lives in very cold climates around the waters of Antarctica. This prehistoric-looking fish is praised for its buttery and tasty white meat. It can be prepared in almost any way imaginable. The Chilean Sea Bass is wild-caught in accordance with the sustainability laws in its native waters.
