This product is produced by grinding the best yellowtail tuna #1. Ground tuna is especially useful in recipes like tuna burgers, spicy tuna rolls, and tuna tartare. This frozen ground tuna is frozen on board the vessels and then ground while the fish is frozen producing a more even ground tuna size.
